Unfortunately, the service representative didn't know about the repair needed, so he quoted me $3,000 less than what it would have been. Had he checked with a technician before doing the quote, he would about the repair needed, so he quoted me $3,000 less than what it would have been. Had he checked with a technician before doing the quote, he would have likely given me a more accurate quote. I did not do the service there in the end due to cost, but it was a waste of everyone's time. More

Took my car in Wednesday 16 August without appointment to have check engine light looked at. Tabatha provided excellent service. Explained the car couldn’t be looked at until Friday 18 August and why They have check engine light looked at. Tabatha provided excellent service. Explained the car couldn’t be looked at until Friday 18 August and why They would be looking during the diagnostic check. An hour later I got a call from Tabatha they were able to look at the car and explained the problem. Got a call on Friday late morning that car was finished. Excellent service and happy I got car back on Friday. Good job. More
