My first time in this dealership, I brought my 2022 tacoma and my friends 2015 Rav4. I made an appointment for oil change on my tacoma at 9:30 with Jose Cadena, he wasn’t even able to help me, other a tacoma and my friends 2015 Rav4. I made an appointment for oil change on my tacoma at 9:30 with Jose Cadena, he wasn’t even able to help me, other advisor did. Then they told me my car was going to be ready to pick up around 2:00 pm because it was really busy. Seriously? More than 4 hours for a oil change, so what is the point on making appointment. So since I was already there I had to wait… NOT COMING BACK AGAIN TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More

I told the rep that the window washer spray was only working on one side. They said it would be looked at however when the car was finished I noticed that the washer was still clogged on one side.
