I was very disappointed that the service representative was going to charge me for parts that are covered due to my car being Certified. I had to call Toyota corporate to find out. They were able to find t was going to charge me for parts that are covered due to my car being Certified. I had to call Toyota corporate to find out. They were able to find that I had coverage within minutes with my VIN#. The dealership has they information. More
