Had an 1015 am appointment for just an oil change and at 130 the truck was not even started yet. What is the point of an appointment time if it can't be done at a appropriate time. This last checkup cost me almost $4,000, with labor being almost $3,000. I understand I could have gotten my car back in a day, if they didn’t have to wait for a kit they needed that was not in stock, to be almost $3,000. I have been going to Hanlees for over 20 years. People tell me dealerships overcharge, now I believe it. I am trusting all the work was necessary. I think I will be severing my ties with Hanlees for future service. I just can’t afford it. More
