The pre-planned services were performed well and was partly covered by warranty for a previous repair (trunk). Tecnician disovered that an engin mount needed to be replaced and service advisor said I ha partly covered by warranty for a previous repair (trunk). Tecnician disovered that an engin mount needed to be replaced and service advisor said I had to prepay for the parts in the amount of /$314. He would call me when parts arrived and I could bring the car back. This was June 14th. It is now nearly three weeks later, I have called THREE TIMES to try and reach the service advisor without any response from anyone. I've paid for the parts. Either contact me about repairs or refund my money. More
