We were able to negotiated fair out the door price for high demand vehicle. Usual games with 10% markups and ad-ons I don’t want. Stood firm at got a bit below MSRP. He told us we could come back anytime if we had questions. We really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Just be prepared to haggle and bargain if you don’t want to get ripped off. More

Service took as long as I was quoted, which was actually great. I was disappointed with the shuttle service though. I was quoted it would take about an hour to an hour and a half for it to return, but that’ great. I was disappointed with the shuttle service though. I was also kind of expecting the car to be washed which I was told why would it that’s not part of the service but I think it would be a nice little extra addition to your customers. You guys wash them when you sell them, why not when you service them. Just a little recommendation. More
