Bad work, too expensive, after 30 years being a client, I’m very dissatisfied, I took my car for 125000 miles service, I notice some shaking, after a week, I took the car to solve the problem, I was told i I’m very dissatisfied, I took my car for 125000 miles service, I notice some shaking, after a week, I took the car to solve the problem, I was told if after the inspection nothing was wrong, I have to pay for that. Finally after 6 month while driving on the freeway, “check engine “ light was flashing, the car was shaking a lot, some weird noise en loosing speed, my car was towed to fix the problem. My concern is: I took my car in perfect condition for SERVICE, paying $ 800.00, because of bad or wrong work I had to pay an additional $ 900.00, I’m an 80 years old lady, retired and living on a Social security,to me this is very abusing business. Please excuse my English, I’m a Spanish speaking person. More

The service staff for check in is very welcoming, accomodating and helpful. The thing they need to improve is always a long wait, just to check in your car, it takes almost an hour and you have to w accomodating and helpful. The thing they need to improve is always a long wait, just to check in your car, it takes almost an hour and you have to wait another two more hrs for the service. So, to get an appointment is not really helpful if you gonna wait like that. More

When I drop off my truck for a service it has only 1111 miles on it. When it was fished it had 1126 miles. When I check the Toyotas app it jag registered 8 harsh accelerations 6 harsh cornering. Man who helped me check in was very nice and personable. Appreciated him a lot.
