$500 More than I ordered Douglas Campbell was my Service Advisor in the past few times and I was satisfied. When I got home and recorded what was done, I found that Fuel System Flush/Treatment was done the second time in a row. My car has been serviced by Hanlees every 5,000 miles, he should have all records on what had been done. I was shocked to see such deceptive practice as Brad did, without checking my records, giving me only one choice that includes unnecessary services and charging 3 times of the Factory Recommended. I need be refunded for at least Fuel System Flush/Treatment. More
