The rep at the Napa dealership was very helpful and professional . The reason I gave 4 stars is because the vehicle sat for almost 2 months with no loaner car provided or repair started. The reason I professional . The reason I gave 4 stars is because the vehicle sat for almost 2 months with no loaner car provided or repair started. The reason I was told was that the part was back ordered with no real time frame for delivery. I called the insurance company and they authorized a non OEM part that was better and cheaper then the dealership. that part was received the next day. also one of the repairs that I did not have done was the ABS sensor with a $900.00 per wheel based on replacing hubs because no OEM sensor for 2013 wrangler. A non OEM sensor with warranty is about $50.00 + labor install More
