I don't even know the name of my sales person. .. Was more interested in going on to the next person than dealing with me..While I was waiting instead of dealing with me and the car he was on his p .. Was more interested in going on to the next person than dealing with me..While I was waiting instead of dealing with me and the car he was on his phone and laughing and having a good time with other sales people.. Finance is a joke...GO home , we'll call.... no call i called Jason and got eh round around that he was with customers... ON A MONDAY they don't have a lot people there for him to be so busy he cant work on my financing. The run around is the same as Off Lease only was in the same building, floor plan and work ethic. I can tell every time they talk to the bank with my experian app.. Nothing done today and no call back..... More

I had great purchase from the first time talking with JT from Hanna Cars he explained things to me and went over and ABOVE to make our deal work!!!! he didn't treat me like I was a dumb lady he treated me v from Hanna Cars he explained things to me and went over and ABOVE to make our deal work!!!! he didn't treat me like I was a dumb lady he treated me very fair and honest!!!! Jeremy delivered me the car he was very helpful and nice It's Hard to find good salesmen that don't treat a lady buying car different and dont intimidate a lady buying a car normally its very stressful but JT made it easy and fast no stress !!he made me feel like we had been friends for years !! so JT and Jeremey are great!! Im glad I got my car from them! They are good guys! Me n my bf will be buying our next from JT!! More
