I would recommend this service location for oil changes. The Service reps are good people that want to assist. But their technicians overlook things. I was a half a gallon low on my coolant and they never f The Service reps are good people that want to assist. But their technicians overlook things. I was a half a gallon low on my coolant and they never filled it up or brought it to my attention. They are supposed to check all fluids and their paperwork said all fluids were in the green zone. They also said that I need two new boot kit on both front axles. Their estimate of cost $1,145.98. I have three other quotes from "A" mechanics for $705.00 for new boots and new axles! I questioned the service rep about this and he stated that their labor rate was probably higher. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment at Hanover Toyota. More
