Problem identified with the vehicle during routine oil change. ,Parts not carried in inventory—we reschedule to have the parts replaced—after replacement the issue is worse than it was. So now we have to change. ,Parts not carried in inventory—we reschedule to have the parts replaced—after replacement the issue is worse than it was. So now we have to adjust our schedules again for the same issue to be addressed—then slow communication as far as time frame/loaner vehicle availability. It’s just frustrating to not have the vehicle repaired and tested properly before being released back to the owner. Time is the issue. More
