I appreciate the care that Hansel staff shows its customers. The amenities offered while waiting are nice. As well as the shuttle service if you can’t wait at the dealership or don’t have a ride. However, there are times it feels impersonal at the service center. There have been numerous times where I’ve been waiting at the dealership, and there are suggested additional services for my car, and instead of the associate coming and speaking to me, I get a text or email. Often times I don’t see the message about the additional needs until after I’ve left. I believe it’s safe to say that some of my wait time is wasted as the service center is waiting on a reply about the additional service that never comes through. More

Brian was very helpful and made everything a zero-stress situation! Everyone in the service department is friendly & smiling (which is hard to find these days)! Hansel was great for the first several years when we brought our car in for regular service. However, we are now entering the 11th month of waiting for a replacement part and have only experienced the brought our car in for regular service. However, we are now entering the 11th month of waiting for a replacement part and have only experienced the OPPOSITE of service. There has been zero progress while waiting for the replacement part to arrive, and almost no communication from Hansel with any updates. We are now dealing with our third service rep because the first two left Hansel! Our current service rep (Morgan McGrath) has not returned any texts or phone calls since we started dealing with her 1 month ago. We are still hopeful that the part will eventually arrive and the work will be done, but frankly the poor communication from service staff since this started in December of 2022 does not make a good impression. More
