I went in to look at the vibration of the rear end of my 2005 GMC Sierra 2500 HD, and found out that the shop I bought it from had done a lot of shady work. But with Hansen's help and the other shop owning up to their mistake and allowing Hansen's to repair it literally saved my life. I had heard their reputation for integrity and customer service were excellent. They far surpassed my expectations. Everyone I have met at their dealership has been very honest and transparent about everything. One thing I liked about them was that they fully inspect and certify their used autos before selling them. I've dealt with shady auto dealers before and I wanted to ensure I was getting a solid reliable used car to commute to a new job. The peace of mind of having that assurance is valuable to me. About a week into driving my Outback a problem showed up. I contacted the staff at Hansen Motors and after looking at the problem, they immediately went to work to fix the problem. I am beyond impressed with the integrity of the people working at Hansen Motors. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced with a car dealer.
