I just knew walking into it I wasn't going to be buying a car there even if they had my "dream car". Walking into Hansen's next was like wow - The energy and atmosphere were night and day different. WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER Let’s talk about the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they hold my vehicle for over a week Let’s talk about the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they hold my vehicle for over a week without any updates, every time I called (2 times a day) they said they would call me back AND THEY NEVER DID. then when I was upset and said a bad word they asked me not to be foul then dropped a swear word in the next sentence. Save your money and stay as far away from this atrocious company as you possibly can. Also they didn’t even fix my car! More
