Recently interacted with this dealership. . Ultimately did not buy. The sales person was friendly and easy going and overall the experience was satisfactory. However, they did a couple thi . Ultimately did not buy. The sales person was friendly and easy going and overall the experience was satisfactory. However, they did a couple things that didn't sit well with me. One was when they quoted me a price they told me the documentation fee of 350 was the same everywhere in MN. Not true, 350 is the max allowed by law in MN, but according to google, the average dealer doc fee is 125. Any misinformation sets off red flags with me, so I would encourage the dealership to adopt a 100% transparency policy. The salesperson did apologize and say he honestly didn't know that was the case (regarding the doc fees). I take him at his word, but this is why I marked him down one notch, he should have known. I ultimately did not buy the car, but left with pretty positive feelings about the dealership. However, as with any car dealer, use Ronald Reagan's words :Trust but verify'!!! More

They sold me a oil burning car a week before I had to drive across country for school. Not only am I racking up thousands of dollars of debt from a broken down car they willingly sol me they wont take it drive across country for school. I am so stressed with this car and I do not know what I am going to do. I now have to worry about making it home to my family for the holidays since I can not trust my own 2021 car.
