Service requested not performed We requested a tire rotation, oil change, alignment, fuel and air filter replacement. Asked 4 times 3 different people to confirm the tires got rotat We requested a tire rotation, oil change, alignment, fuel and air filter replacement. Asked 4 times 3 different people to confirm the tires got rotated. The last time we asked for rotation marked done but was not done and didn't realize it until we were well on our trip. We paid 468.00 to be told by the service manager that she didn't realize it was a dually so the tires was not rotated. And it would cost 60 more dollars after she had already gave us the final price and confirmed rotation and that very rudely it would not be done that day because they were going home. This is the 3rd and final ride experience we had with this service manager. She stated she dropped the ball but would not fix it. Very rude. She has been rude with several others. We are business owners and will spread the word. Ft payne has no problems servicing all our vehicles from this point on. Also the package we bought from chevrolet is not honored by this service dept. They refuse. We have contact Chevrolet about the package they sold us that Harbin Chevrolet refuses to honor. More
