Went in for oil change, left with broken car. Carried my Escape in for an oil change. Had the transmission fluid changed and tires rotated and a wash job, (which was only half don). While rotating Carried my Escape in for an oil change. Had the transmission fluid changed and tires rotated and a wash job, (which was only half don). While rotating the tires, they damaged the ABS sensor, the ABS light and the traction control light are both on on the instrument panel. I went back to complain, and the customer service agent named Laura Ryan, said that they didn't do anything but change the oil so they couldn't have damaged the brakes, which is a flat lie. They rotated the tires and changed the transmission fluid, at least they charged me for it. After hooking up the diagnostic computer, the lights on the instrument panel are still on, plus, when you start the car and pull it in gear it says hill assist is no longer functional and the parking assist is no longer functional. Go down to the zoo and turn your car over to the baboons, you'll get better service. These people are idiots. More
