Timely and straightforward We decided to seriously consider a new truck the day before. I started searching local inventory and could not find anything I liked. I started searching out further and found Harbin Ford in Scottsboro. They had a truck that matched most of the options I wanted and color. I inquired about the truck via the email. I received an email regarding my inquiry and a phone call a little later to discuss. Additional information was provided. I asked questions regarding price dependent upon incentives or the finance option. The information was provided. We arrived at the dealership the next morning. The vehicle was immediately brought around for us to inspect and drive. The bid sheet was completed and there were no surprises in the price. My trade value was fair. I agreed to the price. Total time from arrival to departure was about 3 hours. More

Who dropped the ball? I dropped my car off to be serviced. They was going to look at my transmission also. I left my car and walked to work. They had my vehicle 5 hours. I arrived to pick up my car and paid for my service. Asked how my transmission was. After running around for 15 minutes she came back and said I dont know who dropped the ball but it didn't get taken over there for them to look at it. Told me to come back but I will have to wait because it's to chilli in the mornings to walk to work. I got in my car and they left my windows down so my leather was scorching hot Thanks for that. Just did have the best experience this time. More
