Everybody was very helpful it was a awesome experience When I went on line to look at trucks I clicked on the box where the lady pops up and asked if they could help me and I told her who I was and what I When I went on line to look at trucks I clicked on the box where the lady pops up and asked if they could help me and I told her who I was and what I was looking for and shortly afterwards I got a phone call from harbin ford and we set an appointment time for that Saturday and by the end of the day I got another phone call from the sales manager to verify my appointment and told me who to see when I came in .Jay was the salesman I needed to ask for and when I went in I met with him and he and all other staff members treated me with the upmost respect and didn’t treat me like I didn’t have the money to buy a vehicle. They showed me what I was looking for and right away we drove some trucks picked the one best for me and my finances and the sales manager found ways he could save me money on the new truck I bought instead of a used one I was looking at to buy . I own my own business and I will tell all of my customers who are looking for a vehicle to go see these guys at Harbin ford. I have customers that come in my business that may look like they have no money but if you treat them like they are rich and with respect they usually spend more with you than a person with a boat load of money. That’s the way I felt dealing with the men and women I may look like a hillbilly xxxx but they didn’t treat me like one . I will go back there and highly recommend them . More

Smooth Sailors Harbin Ford made buying a new-to-me 2018 F-150 a smooth process. I took more time than they did, pondering the numbers. My new ride is fabulous and my Harbin Ford made buying a new-to-me 2018 F-150 a smooth process. I took more time than they did, pondering the numbers. My new ride is fabulous and my dealership experience was wonderful. Jay Penney took great care of me. It would have been great had the papers and decals been removed from the windshield before I took delivery. I stopped on the way off the lot and got off what I could so I could drive home to Tennessee. It was overcast that day so I understand why it was not washed, which surely during that process, had it occurred, the papers and decal would have been taken off. Also, the out-of-state titling and registration process could have been explained. I was told to take my bill of sale to my county tag office to pay taxes and register the truck. The lady here looked at me like I had a third eye. She explained the process and I called Harbin afterward and the nice lady verified what the tag office here said, and told me they Fed Ex out the paperwork to my county court house and the courthouse calls me when they have it, and to come in and pay taxes and get registered. Other than that, everything else was great. No stress. Little to no haggling. Everyone wants to pay full price instead of haggling nowadays, right? LOL JK. That part is always painful, but it was not painful at Harbin Ford! More
