I've been super glued Horrible leadership and service department I have had this car down to the service department about 5 times they out sourced the back glass for a le Horrible leadership and service department I have had this car down to the service department about 5 times they out sourced the back glass for a leak and he damages the rear defroster I take it back once again and him and the people who put the back glass in were out ther with a bottle of super glue trying to fix the connection which doesn't work because super is half a** fix to any problem then when he gives my fiancé the run around and I get stern with this coward he hangs up on me then calls back acting like the owner of this dealership and laughs me off and hangs up on me again needless to say I got a new car with no rear defroster which seems to me like a huge safety issue considering this car mostly has my 2 year old in the back with my fiancé driving but clearing they do not care about quality or safety I will spend my spare time tryin to save people from buying anything from this dealership I have all ready set a appointment for another dealer ship to fix my the right and safe way I will never deal with this place again and remember these people are servicing your new car that you are paying top dollar for and I wouldnt let these people work on my lawn mower or go cart so please read all the reviews on a dealership and speak up against these con artists More

They really care..... I traveled an hour to get to Harbin Automotive because they had Chevrolet and Ford on the same lot. I am slightly above average in height (6’9”), so leg room was one thing that I was looking for. I have been a Chevrolet owner my entire life, but little did I know things were about to change. I arrived at the dealership and. My salesman (Anthony Manning) listened to all the things I was look for in a truck and gave me different vehicles to look at. After a few test drives I was sold on the Ford SuperCrew. I really appreciate the customer service that I received. They made me feel very comfortable in my decision making process. I would highly recommend them to anyone “on the fence” with their next automotive decision. More

Super fast service Called about getting my truck in for some service and to my surprise I got to work with Craig and just a few months ago he sold it to me. Craig was very helpful and kept me up to date the whole time. I dropped it off Wednesday evening and picked it up Friday evening.
