Great buying experience, EXCEPT that the car we ended up buying did not have a major safety feature we thought it did because we understood that since Great buying experience, EXCEPT that the car we ended up buying did not have a major safety feature we thought it did because we understood that since it was a Titanium it would have all those features, including the Ford Co-Pilot 360 evasive steering assist. We were comparing a SEL which had this feature with the Titanium, and we thought we would be getting this feature on the Titanium. Our experience with Harbin was excellent in every other way. Sales-I felt sales service was a little tricky. Got price down where I needed, but I felt I needed to provide a high down payment and have gotten better interest rates.
