Repair Visiting from out of town when engine light come on. I showed up at dealership late in afternoon. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I drove from Huntsville to Scottsboro because I had heard good things about Harbin Ford. Mark was extremely professional, to the point, non-high pressure, and made absolutely sure the vehicle I selected was the right vehicle for me. The Harbin team was having their Thanksgiving family meal while I was there and they invited me to attend. When it was time to meet with the finance manager, Mike Curry, I thought here it goes, he’s going to try and sell me everything under the sun. He didn’t. I sat down in his office and he said let’s get you on your way. I signed the documents and he said your good to go. I asked him “aren’t you going to try and sell me extended warranties or Gap insurance or something”? Mike said “No” Mark all ready told me you didn’t want it. “We’re here to give you what you want” l really appreciate the Harbin team and I will be back! More
