Battery was running low & was replaced fully under warranty Thank you for backing up a warranty and keeping your word without any hassle. The only thing that I would change is to have a connection between the s Thank you for backing up a warranty and keeping your word without any hassle. The only thing that I would change is to have a connection between the service department and the parts department. Because of the time that I came a few minutes after 5 after I left work, by the time that my car was evaluated and confirmed that a new battery was needed, I had to leave it overnight. As I'm not a hundred percent sure that my car would have made it home or if that did if I could have made it back the following morning. It just would have been nicer if all they had to do was get a battery and put it on my car because the parts department left prior to the service department closing. Otherwise I would have given this five stars. And the only way that I could leave this rating was if I marked 10 employees that I work with. Otherwise it wouldn't let me proceed More
