He was polite, knowledgeable, and patient as I asked many questions and took my time evaluating the vehicle. Once we moved indoors, the processing went smoothly, and my wife and I came to a satisfactory agreement with Frenchy and the sales manager regarding the purchase. Though we live in Chattanooga, TN and had driven about 1.5 hours to find what we hoped would be a good deal, we left in a great pickup with no regrets.
