Great experience! Myself, my mother, and my daughter arrived without prior notice and were quickly greeted by a salesman named Frenchy. We were there to check out a Ford Focus to buy for my little cousin's first car, and he quickly jumped on the task! He was very knowledgeable about the car, it's features, and even had a service tech check it out for us at our request since it was an older, used vehicle. He was vey helpful every step of the way and was so interesting to talk to during wait times for paperwork and such, which made the time pass quicker so that's a plus! He made sure we got a great price, even had it washed and cleaned up for us before driving it home. This makes the second car we have purchased within 3 months from this dealership. The service team is always excellent as well! This is the best place to go if you're looking to buy a car, new or used, both experiences were great for us! More

Awesome I was kind of nervous going to buy a car for the first time in my life and all the staff were wonderful. Francisco was so nice, I found a ruby red Sie I was kind of nervous going to buy a car for the first time in my life and all the staff were wonderful. Francisco was so nice, I found a ruby red Siesta test drove it and it was a dream and was gonna buy it but its such a small car for my taste hard to get in and out of since I'm 70 and have back and knee problems , I changed my mind and Franciso was so helpflul in helping me find something that was more my style. He took his time answered all my questions. Ford has my business from now on. More
