Good Service - bad checkout I was greeted and processed quickly upon arrival and my truck was taken in immediately by Laura. I saw my truck being worked on in the third bay on t I was greeted and processed quickly upon arrival and my truck was taken in immediately by Laura. I saw my truck being worked on in the third bay on the right side and saw the technician when he was finished back my truck out and bring the paperwork inside and hand it to another person at the desk. I believe her name was Missy. I had watched Missy take a water bottle, punch a hole in it and go back to the work bays and squirt water on the technicians. I witnessed her running in and out of the area talking on her cell phone constantly. After my truck was finished and I had waited over 30 minutes, I proceeded to the desk where my paperwork was. I asked Laura if my truck was finished. Missy said "I have your paperwork right here". I said "You have had the xxxx paperwork for 45 minutes". Missy said "Sir you do not need to cuss me and you owe $47." I said I have over $69 in credit built up and I am not going to pay you anything. At this point she punched another screen, gave me my invoice and sarcastically said "Have a nice day". I do not have a problem with the technicians but feel that Missy is not dedicated to customer service. I am in a wheel chair and it is not comfortable for me to sit for long periods of time. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE BUT DISAPPOINTED WITH CHARGES I WAS VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE RESULTS OF THE REPAIR WORK. HOWEVER I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY CLOSED THE INVOICE BEFOR I WAS VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE RESULTS OF THE REPAIR WORK. HOWEVER I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY CLOSED THE INVOICE BEFORE THEY GAVE ME MY REWARD POINTS, SO IT COULDN'T BE APPLIED TO MY BILL. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MISC CHARGES OF $35.00. I DON'T FEEL THERE SHOULD BE EXTRA CHARGES FOR SUPPLIES More
