Great Service Experience We purchased a used Toyota from Harbins in November of 2014. We also purchased a Ford Service Plan with the car. Ok kind of odd having a Ford warranty We purchased a used Toyota from Harbins in November of 2014. We also purchased a Ford Service Plan with the car. Ok kind of odd having a Ford warranty on a Toyota right? While I was on a business trip my wife called to tell me she could hear a noise coming from the engine compartment. I told her to take it to the nearest Ford dealer and have them look at the car. That dealer simply told here it would be two weeks before they could look at the car. They didn't even offer to go out in the parking lot and listen to the noise. I had her just go home and I called Harbin. They said what time can you be here? She ended up taking the car to Harbin about mid morning. A little while later, she called me needing a ride home. When I asked why, she stated that Harbin took the car in immediately and diagnosed the problem in a short time as needing a new water pump and that they would be starting to fix it now and would be done in just 5 hours! We ended up deciding to pick the car up the next morning even though we most likely could've picked it up that evening. So in closing. This is a great service department that didn't give my wife a hard time about the warranty, her being female or anything. They were very courteous to me on the phone when I initially called and also when I called a couple of times to check on the status. It is a 40 mile drive for us to get to Harbins but if the need should arise again for any warranty work, we will not take the car anywhere else! And because of this service department we will also purchase my next truck from Harbins! More

Very pleased Me and my dad went to find a used, reliable vehicle and that's what we got. What we didn't get was some fast talking salesman drooling for commissions trying to tell us what he thinks we need or trying to shove new cars in our face. We were treated with respect instead of like dollar signs. As a result we soon drove away with a 2012 Focus SEL that was in awesome condition for a decent price. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Above and Beyond I did not purchase my truck from Harbin Ford but they treated me as such! Service department went out of their way to take extra good care of us.
