wait time when we arrived to get an oil change & tire rotation , we were 4th in line for this visit. My question is why were other cars pulled ahead of the 4 of us that were already in line & scheduled for service., after vehicle was finally pulled into the bay it was ready in 30 minutes. After the 3.5 hour wait, still just trying to figure out how I can move ahead of others waiting for service on future visits. Will always continue to use quick lane service just wanting to know why all other vehicles went for service before the 3 & mine being the only 4 in line when service was scheduled. I'm not angry at anyone at quick lane just wanting to know how all other vehicles were moved in before the only 4 that was in line & scheduled. More
