"The Works" I have been using Quicklane for all 4 of my vehicles and have always been very pleased but lately things have changed. Today for example I took my tr I have been using Quicklane for all 4 of my vehicles and have always been very pleased but lately things have changed. Today for example I took my truck in for the works package. There was 2 cars ahead of me but with 8 bays that should have not been an issue. It took 2 hours to complete. The inside staff were running around doing everything but focusing on the customers. The mechanics were standing around in groups and everyone was in slow motion. I had to tell the counter folks my truck was ready , you would have thought my pacing the floors and looking out the window would have been a clue that I was getting impatient. The other very upsetting trend is the pushy sales pitch for other services. I witnessed them pressure an elderly lady into replacing her rotors and pads. She asked was there anyway it could wait because she couldn't afford it and they said, we have a credit card. Not cool. The lady even said the pads were fine but they recommend replacing them anyway. Seems that every person had at least one issue. Also seems that if there is a rebate for something , there will be a rash of those items being bad. The lady was pushing new batteries hard because there was a $25 rebate. The pressure seemed to be worse on older people. They told my daughter her brakes were bad and needed replaced. I had them replaced only a few months before that. When I shared that info with the counter help they dropped the subject very quickly. Bottomline...I will be taking my business somewhere else. More

BMW X5 I purchased a 2004 BMW X5 and in less than a week it failed emissions testing for the state of Tennessee. It has cost me approximately $1200 to have parts replaced and labor done to even bring the car up to the level that it will pass inspection. The check engine light also didn't work. Extremely disappointed in this purchase and the quality of used car. Apparently these cars aren't very closely inspected before being sold. The people at the dealership were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. More

Painless car purchase We did our homework and found a potential vehicle online. We had a test drive, reviewed critical info (service record, recall status, etc) and decided this Certified Pre-owned car was for us. We had our own financing, though Harbin offered several options, and drove the car home the next afternoon. Anthony & Michael were very courteous, professional and efficient (so many dealerships make car buying painfully slow). More
