The best thing for me was, that with this greeting, the employees did move closer to crowd or push. My dealer was the man that greeted me, Frenchy Paz. He listened to what we wanted, And made us feel as we a had a friend and ally in our endeavor. He took the time to answer all our questions and in the end even took the time to make sure we were knowledgeable about all the vehicle features. Never pushy. Bought two new cars because of customer/ fiance experience After my wifes INCREDIABLE experience with Anthony when she bought her nre explorer..i thought why not? so i took my 3 yr old truck in to Anthoney to After my wifes INCREDIABLE experience with Anthony when she bought her nre explorer..i thought why not? so i took my 3 yr old truck in to Anthoney to seeif i could get a newer model...i was set on a Tahoe or Truck ..when i spotted a brand new Black SS..i couldnt beleive my eyes! i told Anthoney, now thats the car for me! ...He and Richatd Edmondson went to work right then... they worked so hard to allow me to get the car of my dreams!...and later that day, i drove off in my new SS! the reason I returned to Harbin is because of the Customer Service my wife received..Cant say enough about this two men..
