3 weeks ago I noticed my vehicle brakes were not right . I took my Jetta I purchased there to have my breaks checked. I was told my breaks were fine. On may 4th your service technician informed me that my rear breaks were metal to metal and that I needed new breaks. On may 4th Your service dept charged me for rear break service. I question why I was told prior that my breaks were fine. ? On may 4th I also paid for an oil change . Yesterday . May 6th I noticed puddles of oil on my new cement driveway , where Jetta had been parked . Now I cannot drive Jetta leaking this much oil until Monday. On Monday May 8th. I will take Jetta to Harbins . I will speak to owners of Harbin Before any more service work is performed on my Jetta More
