I was called by Craig and he clearly explained the repair and the repair happened just as explained - in a very timely manner. There was a 'small' hiccup with the vehicle pick-up but Nicole was extremely helpful and was able to fix that problem immediately. Overall, a great experience - Leadership matters! More
