I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment. 45 minutes after my appointment time, my vehicle still had not been brought in to a bay to begin service. I was at the dealership for over 4 hours for a routine mileage-based service. To be fair, the service manager provided a free oil change card for my excessive wait, but no inquiry about why I had been there for so long was even made until I had been there nearly 4 hours. More

I absolutely love the convenience of Harbin Service department picking my car up to be serviced and bringing it back to me. It is such a big help while I am working. My car was fixed and somewhat great service. I have never got the report I asked for. Very upset with how they have done me. I went in for an oil change a month after buying, when finding out it I have never got the report I asked for. Very upset with how they have done me. I went in for an oil change a month after buying, when finding out it needed a new cabin filter. They said they had no record of the safety inspection being done and they would happily put a new one on. One of the main guys came out and apologized and said they would check everything then. That it somehow slipped by them. The guy wrote on the paper could not test the battery due to noise in engine. I was told when I bought the car the driver mirror would be replaced. The bottom was busted, and the glass was broken; however, when called to bring it for the mirror to be fixed, I noticed a noise getting worse and asked them to check it out. I had to get a rental due to a water pump being out. When I called 3 days later to check on my jeep, I was told it could be brought to me. I then got the call my jeep was ready, and I had to pay. (Even though I was told everything was taken care of. The guy made that right, and I did not have to pay.) They told me the glass was fixed. They refused to fix the whole mirror like stated. When asked for the prior safety inspection from when I bought the car, I was given the run around and told I would have that sent to be my end of the day. (Friday January 20th, 2023) This is now 6 days later, and I do not have the safety inspection from where I bought the car. I am starting to believe an inspection was not done and I have 2 small children that ride in this jeep daily. Very upset. More
