Worse than terrible. Recall, which should take less than one day. Water-pump leak repair authorized. Remedy took over 5 weeks and cost app $2500!. I was there from 11:30 (my appointment time) til 4:45 to get a recalled airbag replaced and an oil change. The real problem was that I have night blindness and can;t drive at night therefore I scheduled an early appointment time. Well, I had to drive for 25 minutes in the dark which endangered my life.I was very disappointed in my experience this time. I felt like they were taking other customers ahead of me because mine was a recall. More
Pick up & drop off was fine. When I got in my car, the low tire pressure light was on. Since I had tire rotation, I would think they would have checked or reset. Mark was very knowledgeable, took time to explain everything to us, do not pressure us at all. He offered other options as well as the vehicle we purchased.
