My husband vehicle was park outside when he dropped me off for my appointment and someone that worked there had moved his seat and left drivers side door open in parking lot. Overall was a bad experience and I hope I never have to go back. More

It stopped 3 day's before hand. 2 hrs later.. their answer we don't know, can't fix it and only 2 available in the U.S. & they were trying to secure one. They would call me & let me know. 1-1/2 week later no word so I called questioning about it they seemed clueless. Well long story short, presitance & multipul calls.. It was there on the shelf but not contact or communication. You can not get a sevice manager on the phone. Harbin needs to tighten up their service department. More

They even said the boss ok'd it and would come to my house to look at the vehicle within a few days. They made an online offer and everything. I had another car reserved elsewhere to purchase so I needed to make the sale sooner rather than later or else I was just going to trade it in on the other car. So I just drove 1 hour there to let them see it so they could check it out. When I got there, all the sales team were interested and I could tell excited. However, the GM came out and said, "I'm sorry but there is not a market here for that type of vehicle." To which I told him that they had contacted me and made and offer to me. This was all them! I told him he wasted not only my time, but my gas and my miles on the vehicle. Again he just said "I'm sorry we just don't have the market for that type (porsche)." He offered to fill up my gas but I was too furious to stand around another minute in that place so I just walked out on him. And this doesn't even take into account the fact that He wasted my wife's time, gas, and mileage on her vehicle since she had to follow me incase I sold it. Avoid this place at all costs. They will tell you one thing just to get you there, then try to swap you to something else. It was extremely unprofessional and I will never be doing business with this group. More
Had transmission issues on the way to work with a car that was purchased there (120,000 miles later) and had to have road side assistance tow the car there to the service center (Ford). It took over a m that was purchased there (120,000 miles later) and had to have road side assistance tow the car there to the service center (Ford). It took over a month for them to tell me that it would cost me $8,000 to replace the entire transmission because I was told parts to rebuild it were not available. I had to pay for towing again to take it to a transmission shop to get a 2nd opinion. Turns out the parts were available and it would only cost $3,800 to rebuild and 2 weeks. Either I was being scammed or the mechanics were grossly incompetent for such a repair, but this is the story I have to share. My experience is deserving of less then one star. More
