Harbin service department staff not only did outstanding work, they went above and beyond regarding my recent routine maintenance. I had a family emergency which made it critical that my truck was returned work, they went above and beyond regarding my recent routine maintenance. I had a family emergency which made it critical that my truck was returned ahead of schedule. They kicked it into high gear and returned my truck to my residence; where i immediately hit the road for a 600 mile drive. Their great service has earned them a customer for life and I have sent 2 associates their direction. Well Done!! More

Fantastic customer service says it all. I walked in without an appointment after my car was not performing as expected while on a trip. The representative was contacting one of their ser I walked in without an appointment after my car was not performing as expected while on a trip. The representative was contacting one of their service personnel when a gentleman, who I assume was a manager, came by to ensure I was being helped. (Impressive!) They not only agreed to check my car, but did so immediately. I was expecting a high fee to diagnose my problem, but when the diagnosis proved my car was not at fault, I was not charged. Thank you so much Harbin Automotive for giving me peace of mind on the rest of my trip home. More
