Well mannered staff, clean and comfortable environment to wait in and a relatively decent wait time for immediate work. However, in order to have tire replaced it needed to be ordered for next day install an wait in and a relatively decent wait time for immediate work. However, in order to have tire replaced it needed to be ordered for next day install and the cost was $100 dollars more than I could have had the tire replaced 30 miles away at home in Rainsville. Next time I will drive the patched tire back up the mountain and do my tire purchases at Blacks Tire. More

I am impressed with both the Sales and Service department. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them, and have them serviced there too. They offer a completely free service where they come and pick my department. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them, and have them serviced there too. They offer a completely free service where they come and pick my car up at my house or at work, leave me a courtesy car to drive while they service mine and when everything is done, they bring it back.
