Started bad. They were going to pick up van on a Wednesday but never did, I call Thursday "could not get you on the phone". Waited until Wednesday to call to find out "we don't hear anything wrong with the engine plus we could not get a hold of you." Ask what number they were calling and it was supposed to be my home phone but no one called. (No call on answering machine, no number internet answered number list on the phone.) For the fourth time it was the power steering I called about. Found this information by going down there, they would not answer the phone on service or return called when I used their answering machine. 4 working days later. Again. I had to go down there I find out that they could not order yhe parts from GM bur I could. I got the parts in 2 days (thank you RockAuto) and drop them off. That was at noon on Thursday. They did not get the rack replaced until Tuesday. Come on nearly 4 weeks from the time I first called in. More

Well, if you want to waste your time then Harbin is the place to go. I inquired about a truck on their website and I went through all the preliminary steps to make my visit to the dealership quicker but th place to go. They told me to give them a chance because they would do everything they could to work with me... What a lie! I left after work and drive an hour to the dealership only to stand around for 20 minutes with nobody helping me and then when I finally looked at the truck and sat down with them they decided to insult my intelligence with a low ball offer... Below the lowest value on Kelly Blue Book. Why even put that on your website to use if your not even gonna consider it. They didn't even give me a second offer... Just basically take it or leave it. Well, Dylan and Lee... I gladly left it and your dealership because there are much better offers out there. This is one dealership to stay away from, especially when one of them told me "money is money". Stay far away! More
