Usually buying a used car is the most frustrating experience. This was NOT the case at Harbin. They were very upfront, honest, and direct. She was very thoughtful and caring about making sure we got exactly what we needed. When driving to the dealership for the test drive we were a bit late, but Alyse made sure we were taking care of my Trey. Trey bent over backwards for us making sure we found exactly what we needed. We wanted to look at A LOT of trucks, but her didn't mind. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. When it came time to finalize the deal, they were great. Finalizing is usually the most arduous and tiring experience. However, Trey and the rest of the crew made sure it was fast and pleasant. I walked in with a goal in mind and the entire team worked very hard to make sure we achieved that goal. I will be back this spring to make another vehicle purchase when our lease is up. More

I had a few problems with my 2020 Kia Optima when I got home. Harbin Auto drove all the way to Arab (1 hour away) took my vehicle and fixed the issues and brought it back the same day. Satisfied. I tried the new Zoom service Harbins offers. I would recommend it. I live about 25 miles away and they came and got my car.
