This review doesn’t just go for Cody but I don’t know the others names. When we first got there to the dealership I asked for a price on a few different Jeeps while walking the lot, I was told a certain others names. When we first got there to the dealership I asked for a price on a few different Jeeps while walking the lot, I was told a certain price on a Jeep my fiancé loved, we drove it, came back to start some paperwork and the price on the paperwork they had drawn up was 3k more than the price I was told on the lot. I brought it Cody told me I was wrong that I was thinking about another Jeep. Which I know I was right due to that being one of the reasons we liked it more than the other Jeeps. We check to see what the payment would be anyways and decided it just wasn’t for us. After then trying to get us to select a whole different vehicle for another hour, we told them we would just keep looking and finally left. A day goes by and we can calls and texts about another Jeep from two different people and they were sending us pictures and prices for another Jeep. The Jeep looked nice on the outside (all they sent us pictures of) and the price was reasonable. We told them we would be there in about an hour due to it being a 50 minute drive. They said the already had the Jeep in the detail shop and they were happy we were coming. We arrive, sit in the lobby for 15-20 minutes waiting for Cody. He tells us he is going to get the Jeep and then we see it pull up, he comes in and says it still hasn’t made it to the detail shop yet. We get in to test drive and the Jeep is absolutely disgusting! Drove it and it was a nice driving vehicle, we still decided to sit down and see what pricing was going to be. We sat down and he puts a piece of paper in front of us and the price was $1000 more than what they sent to us in text so we had proof. He asked to see what was sent to us, once we showed it to him he said, “okay, maybe I did say that”. Then when I asked if they could replace a missing piece of plastic behind the driver side door handle, he told me I could get that from any Jeep dealership. I asked why he couldn’t replace it for me before I spend $28,000 dollars and he said we can’t do anything to the Jeep since we are giving you a discounted price. I then said the price we are getting is what was told me to, it isn’t a discounted price and he said well we can’t replace it. I said thank you for wasting our time yet again and we left. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WERE ALSO BEING RUDE TO AN OLDER GENTLEMAN THAT WAS TRYING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE WHILE WE WERE SITTING THERE WAITING. More
