Thanks for an outstanding car buying experience, expectations exceeded. Purchased a car on 6/31, from the first encounter with my salesman Chris Nelson, to interactions with the sales manager Nick expectations exceeded. However, that was not the end of my interaction with this outstanding team. I realized I only had one key Fob and left without my floor mats. As a buyer, I had no leverage because all paper wad signed and the car was in my garage. I sent an email and received a call from Chris (sales rep), Nick (sales manager), and finally from Rhett Butler (General sales Manager) all within an hour. Wonderful experience! My husband and I drove nearly 2 hours to look at 2 vehicles with our 5 year old and 10 month old! I appreciate the battery being replaced under warranty. I believe I still have an issue with the battery connection due to the age of the vehicle.
