Refused to shop around for a better interest rate and offered me 9% dealer rate on a $50,000 truck with $20,000 down and fairly new trade in and said take it or leave it. They can keep the truck. I called around to price MICHILIN TIRES. I chose Harbin due to rebate as other company was actually $5.90 less for the 4 tires. Harbin quote out the door was $975.00. I had them put on, tires balanced and due to rebate as other company was actually $5.90 less for the 4 tires. Harbin quote out the door was $975.00. I had them put on, tires balanced and alignment, oil change and the ever dirty cabin air filter replaced. My cost for all those $991. I didn't think much of that till I went to my car and Continental tires NOT MICHELIN tires were on the car. I went back in and asked about it and I was told that was what I ordered. I went back outside and thought about it and thought oh heck no and returned inside and argued with the individuals . But what good did that do...I was wrong and they were right. My last words when I left was "never again". This was the 4th set of tires I had purchased from Harbin's. Two weeks later the tires on my Traverse needed to be replaced and I called Scottsboro Tire and had it done by them. Due to the error on the part of your staff you lost the sale of tires within two weeks of the last purchase and none of our 2 suv's or truck will ever have a set of tires placed by Harbin after this huge "cluster" by one of your staff. More
