Thanks for asking for a review. My husband was not very satisfied with his experience today. He was asked multiple times to purchase more items/services. We aren’t used to that at our other places. Plus asked if he'd like a car wash to which he said yes not knowing that it would not be vacuumed. We have a place by our home that we clean our cars up for $7 inside and out. We also use other Ford dealerships although sometimes yours is more convenient. But I'm not sure that's the experience we want to have again. When I got ready to check out no one was in the service are. I waited over 15 min just to check out. I asked to be called when my vehicle was ready and received no call. Too much of a hassle to buy a car. I was going to pay cash but was not allowed. I had to use financing at your business. I could not use my credit union which had rates about half of Wells Fargo. I had to drive back to Huntsville to unfreeze my credit reports. Unable to unfreeze Equifax for my wife. So, five out of six reports but my wife was not allowed to cosign because no Equifax. I was then told NOT to pay off the car till the 6th payment. This was never adequately explained to me. I have gone back through the paperwork and NOWHERE does it say I have to wait till the 6th payment. If my granddaughter had not already picked out a car with her mother (her mother bought a car) I would have just walked away. Advertising a car for sell for a good price and then tacking on an exorbitant document fee is heinous. The finance guy said that is where you get your profit. That means that the advertised price for the car is not really the price you expect. Additionally I had to pay to get a second set of keys from a locksmith, and to buy floormats that were not available with the car. Anthony was OK through the process but the dealership seems to have tied his hands in regards to paying for the car. More
