Easy to Work With! The only complaint I have is that it's extremely hard to change something after the deal has been made. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, which in and of itself was us asking a lot from you and I really appreciate that we were able to get the transaction completely settled so I didn't have to come back. However, I was looking over the paperwork later and discovered that we didn't buy gap insurance. I called Monday and had to leave a message with the finance department for someone to please call me back, as no one answered. No one returned my call and Tuesday I called again, fearing that it was too late. And it was. The loan had already been written up. Now my son is driving around in a car that we financed for $5,000 more than what the purchase price was. I would have gladly driven back to Scottsboro to sign new paperwork if that was necessary, just to have the peace of mind that if my son wrecks the car, I won't have to cough up thousands of dollars.
