Ripped Off My wife took in her 2017 Mustang to have a flat tire replaced. When she called me she told me they charged her $96.00. I said to mount and balance a n My wife took in her 2017 Mustang to have a flat tire replaced. When she called me she told me they charged her $96.00. I said to mount and balance a new tire? She said yes. The tire was free since it was less than a year old, but the mounting and balancing was not, which I would understand, but $96.00? So when I get home I noticed they also charged her for an alignment. That explained more of why the bill was so expensive, but didn't make sense since the car had just had an alignment done a few months ago when I had the tires put on. I asked my wife if she had knew that they had done an alignment and all she said is that they suggested it. I then asked her where the information was that showed the measurements of the car being out of alignment and then the measurement where the car was put back into alignment. She said they did not give her anything. Anytime I have had an alignment done, I always got paperwork showing where the car was before and after alignment. To me as far as I know the alignment was not needed and probably not even performed. To me this is clearly a situation where a woman was taken advantage of and a service performed that was not needed. Unfortunately we have done business at Harbin's for years and even bought the car there. But this is not the first time my wife and her sister have been taken advantage of there. We will no longer be doing business there. My dad stopped doing business there a couple of years ago for the same reason. He also bought a Ford Focus there and kept getting the run around on some warranty issues and ended having to call Ford Headquarters to get anything done. This is not good business practices. More

Harbin was great.
