We were looking into buying a new vehicle and dealing with 3 dealerships for the best deal. A friend recommended Harbor Chevrolet but we were hesitent in calling them since it was a distance away but dec with 3 dealerships for the best deal. We contacted them and told them what we were looking for and they asks us to submit our credit app on line. They called us back and told us what we qualified for and that they had the vehicle we wanted. I was shocked!!! They had beat the other dealerships i was dealing with. We told them we were on our way and when we got there they were waiting for us with the vehicle parked at the entrance ready to look at. We were in and out within an hour with our new vehicle thanks to Sergio the sales manager and Juan the Finance Manager for processing the paperwork so quickly. More

This was my first experience with buying a vehicle online. I was a little nervous on using this method. After searching for about a month, I had found the perfect vehicle listed at Harbor Chevrolet. I was very happy with Bryan and Miguel and the experience of looking at the car we had found on the website. They were both very helpful. When we got to the finance manager regarding installation of a security/theft deterrent system and an extended warranty we felt like we were deadline with the epitomy of the "used car salesman". Juan kept going back and forth with plans for the security system until finally I asked if we couldn't just look at a list of options to choose from. We went to his office and that still wasn't how he played it out. We decided not to get the security/theft deterrent system from Harbor and look for it in San Diego where we live. On our way home as I read the manual for the car it was discovered that indeed there was a theft deterrent system in place in the car. The extended warranty was another area that felt a little slimy. We finally settled on a plan but I'm not sure we weren't "taken for a ride" on that plan. More
