When a customer asks if the demo car will be sold as new, they are not asking if they can tell freinds they purchased a new car, we will tell friends what we want regardless. They are asking for a complete list of things that are different from purchasing a demo and a new car. Loosing a year of warranty would be considered one of those things. A year of warranty on and "new" type of vehicle is important. Having said that, I purchased the vehicle because Miguel was a good salesperson that made me feel comfortable. The issue with the warranty was likely a communication gap only. Miguel caused the exchange of cash for product. Since I was on vacation to Disney and really had not intentions of purchasing a vehicle, that is a huge statement. More
