No hard sell pressure was very pleased with staff and bought my brand new CHEVY CRUZE !!!! If you need a car going out of your way to buy one is the answer. Your sales consultant, Miguel Arreola, did a great job on getting me the best price, a quality car, various options on buying or leasing and overall did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this per getting me the best price, a quality car, various options on buying or leasing and overall did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this person to anybody who wants to come and buy or lease a vehicle from Harbor Chevrolet. He will sell a lot of cars for you because he cares about the customer and follows up with phone calls to check and see how the car is running,etc. Whatever you pay Miguel it is not enough because he is very valuable to your company now and for the future. It has been a pleasure working with this individual and I'am in the process of bringing another customer to Harbor Chevrolet to buy or lease another vehicle. Dealing with Harbor Cheverolet has really changed my qapproach on buying a car. I visited three Chevrolet Dealers and by far Harbor was the best. Dallas was very prompt and efficiennt in finding the exact car I wanted. I brought my silverado in on a Saturday by appt to have a loose speaker in the driver side door looked at. I waited all afternoon for a call so I finally called to check on the progress. The operator said th loose speaker in the driver side door looked at. I waited all afternoon for a call so I finally called to check on the progress. The operator said that the service dept was gone for the rest of the day. I only have one vehicle, so I went down to pick it up. The unhelpful manager told me that there was nothing he could do and I couldnt get my truck out till Monday and they wouldn't give me my keys. Certainly if they plan on keeping a vehicle without mechanical problems for more then two days, they would at least check to see if it's okay. I hope they've corrected this policy or mismanagement. I'll take my business elsewhere. More
