Of course, I recommend Transito to assist other customers. He's so unassuming and helpful but not pushy like most car salespersons. After I've signed on the dotted lines, he assisted me in getting acquainted with the new vehicle. He went so far as help me activate OnStar, showed me what there was to learn about the instrument panel, etc. If and when you are considering to purchase a vehicle at Harbor Chevrolet, consider yourself in excellent hands when you've got Transito to assist you in your transaction. Due to the lack of high pressure sales tactics, we thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience and will definitely recommend friends and family to see Transito and shop at Harbor Chevrolet for their next vehicle. The sales manager (Chris Smith?) that was working with Transito also was very helpful. Although we had originally intended to finance through our credit union, the sales manager was able to find financing that was more cost effective. In fact, by getting the loan through Harbor Chevrolet, it saved us the trouble of driving back and forth between the dealer and the credit union so that we were able to take delivery of the vehicle immediately. Overall, I would rate the experience at Harbor Chevrolet as OUTSTANDING. Although our primary contact at Harbor Chevrolet was Transito Ramirez, the others that we had contact with including the sales manager, the finance person, David Hernandez via email, they were all extremely helpful. Transito did point out all of the options, but didn't show me how to adjust them. It would have been helpful as this car is unfamilier to me and I had to pull over read the manual, so I could adjust things before driving home. More
