Although we had originally intended to finance through our credit union, the sales manager was able to find financing that was more cost effective. In fact, by getting the loan through Harbor Chevrolet, it saved us the trouble of driving back and forth between the dealer and the credit union so that we were able to take delivery of the vehicle immediately. Overall, I would rate the experience at Harbor Chevrolet as OUTSTANDING. Although our primary contact at Harbor Chevrolet was Transito Ramirez, the others that we had contact with including the sales manager, the finance person, David Hernandez via email, they were all extremely helpful. David Henriquez at Harbor Chevrolet was a great salesman. He contacted me multiple times letting me know that he was going to hold the vehicle for me until I was able to come in and pick it up. There was no haggling involved with him and he was short and concise with the questions I had about the vehicle and the sale. When it came down to looking at my trade in value and financing was going to be, he was completely honest with everything and did not pressure me into anything, even with my obvious signs of hesitation and nervousness.
